The article reviews and portrays the process of China and the 10 members of Southeast Asia in their every effort to build their relationships since the founding of the People‘ s Republic of China and then elaborates the visits to Southeast Asia by three generations of the Chinese leaders so as to strengthen the goodwill relations with ASEAN.
