  • MRC油井稳态产能计算与对比 相关:最大储层接触面积 多分支水平井 产能计算
  • 为提高单井产量和油藏采收率,最大储层接触面积井(MRC,Maximum Reservoir Contact)越来越得到重视,但因井眼结构复杂,常规方法难以计算其产能.采用一种离散化半解析方法建立了MRC油井油藏渗流和井筒管流相耦合的稳态产能模型并运用迭代法求解.以某低渗油藏为例对MRC井产能进行了计算和对比,结果表明:MRC井产能受井筒间渗流干扰影响大,主井筒两端泄油能力强,中间弱,在分支侧钻点处最弱;分支井筒从跟端到趾端泄油能力逐渐增强.MRC井单相油流IPR曲线与直井两相流IPR曲线相似,应合理选择生产压差.井筒总长度一定时,三种MRC井产能差值均在10%内,且存在启动压力梯度时均会明显降低.综合考虑钻完井工艺难度,推荐采用鱼骨型多分支水平井实现MRC技术.

A high-pressure diesel monomer pump is the research object, it is using the finite element software Hypermesh to do thepretreatment of the finite element model, then using Fluent software to analysis the fluid finite element modelwhen it pumped oil to obtain the distribution of oil pressure in the process of pumping oil. And then it is usingAbaqus software to analyze the strength of the related components of the model through mapping oil pressure at thetime of the maximum oil pressure distribution to the model by the structure finite element interpolation, so it canobtain the stress distribution of each component. According to this coupling method to analyze the structuralstrength of high pressure oil pump, it provided the better guidance and reference for the design and optimization ofhigh pressure oil pump.

  • 测定了野艾蒿精油对双斑萤叶甲成虫的熏蒸活性及体内几种酶活力的影响。结果表明:野艾蒿精油对双斑萤叶甲成虫具有明显的熏蒸作用,野艾蒿精油剂量为10μL/L,处理8 h后校正死亡率为100%,在12 h后各精油处理组的校正死亡率均>80%。经熏蒸处理24 h后,野艾蒿精油对双斑萤叶甲成虫体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力抑制作用明显;对双斑萤叶甲成虫体内的α-乙酸萘酯酶(α-NACarE)活力、酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)活力、碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)活力均表现出抑制作用。各处理组的谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)活力均高于对照组,野艾蒿精油对双斑萤叶甲成虫体内的谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)活力表现出明显的诱导作用。野艾蒿精油对双斑萤叶甲成虫体内过氧化物酶(POD)活力的影响不明显。

  • In the literature there are many reports on the composition and properties of pumpkin seed oil; however, few is known about the effect of different stages of seed development on various fatty acid profiles in developing seeds. The objective of this study was to provide the changes of various fatty acid accumulations in seed oil obtained from the seeds of three pumpkin varieties belonging to the species Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita pepo. Unsaturated acids (oleic and linoleic) were dominant in various fatty acids, which constituted 38.9%-49.1% and 29.4%-42.7% of the total fatty acids at seed maturity for three pumpkin varieties, respectively, while other fatty acid concentrations except for palmitic acid all did not reach 10%. Different varieties exhibited greater effect on various fatty acid contents and the total fatty acid contents in the seeds of pumpkin rather than the species. On the whole, palmitic acid profiles of the seed oil in three varieties all followed the fluctuant decrease during all the stages of seed development, but palmitoleic acid and the total fatty acid profiles of the seed oil in three varieties were just the opposite. Stearic, oleic and linoleic acid profiles of the seed oil in three varieties all experienced the third pattern that fluctuated during all the stages of seed development, but no significant differences in these three fatty acid concentrations were found from the beginning to the end. Linolenic acid concentrations of three varieties were on the decline and ultimately close to zero. Myristic and arachidic acid profiles of the seed oil followed different trends in three varieties. Among them, myristic and arachidic acid profiles of the seed oil of Yinhui-1 fluctuated downward all the time until seed maturity, but those of 0238-1 and Jinhui-2 completely changed oppositely.

  • The chemical composition and antimicrobial potential of Cistus munbyi essential oil were studied for the first time. GC and GC-MS analysis revealed 48 compounds representing 96.98% of the oil. Terpinen-4-ol (23.75%), meta-Cymene (17.30%), and Sabinene (12.38%) were the major constituents. Antimicrobial activity was evaluated against nine pathogens using the disc diffusion and broth micro-dilution methods. Results show that C.munbyi essential oil possesses strong antimicrobial activity against all strains, regardless if Gram-positive or Gramnegative bacteria, or yeast, with MICs values not exceeding 10 (mg/ml). In addition to its efficacy, C. munbyi essential oil has an unusual antimicrobial potency which is attributed to its specific chemical composition. Thus, findings presented here suggest that endemic C. munbyi contains a very interesting essential oil that may be valuable in several areas.
